Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once packaging and shipping have begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. You can request a refund for any reason.

You are eligible for a refund or reshipment if:

  • You did not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding 2–5 days processing).

  • You received the wrong item.

You may also request a refund if:

  • You no longer want the product. (Item must be unused and returned at your own expense.)

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to incorrect address details provided by you.

  • Delivery was delayed due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item (e.g., for a different color or type not listed), contact us first for instructions.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
